First…Once on the Realty in the D’s website, click on Target Detroit Neighborhoods tab on the Realty in the D website menu. This will take you to this page:

On this page click on the actual Detroit neighborhood you want to target. For example let’s use Boston Edison. Here’s what you you will be brought to:

Once on your target Detroit neighborhood page, simply click the “Sign Up for New Listings Alerts” button in the upper left hand corner.

This will automatically load this specific neighborhood to your My Detroit Property Organizer section of the Realty in the D website. Now you will receive:

• Daily email updates on New Listing
• Daily email updates on Recent Sales
• Weekly email updates on upcoming Open Houses
• Monthly emails on Market Updates for that specific Detroit Neighborhood.

It’s just that simple! Next…

#2 Find Specific Properties you are Interested in and Save them to your Favorites section of your My Detroit Properties Organizer Section of the Realty in the D’s website to Always be Up to Date on What is Going on with this Specific Property.

It’s very simple. Once you’ve identified a specific property through whatever search criteria you are using. Click on the specific property. This will bring you to the detailed listing report for that specific property… Here is a sample screen shot:

Simply click the “Save to Favorites” button on the upper right corner and this specific property will be loaded to your My Detroit Property Organizer section of the Realty in the D’s website. Now anytime anything happens with that specific property you will know!
