The Arden Park, sometimes known as East Boston Historic District, is bounded on the west by Woodward Avenue, on the north by East Boston Boulevard, on the east by Oakland Avenue, and on the south by Arden Park Boulevard. The neighborhood is located on the opposite side of Woodward that the Boston-Edison Historic District is located. Arden Park is comprised 92 homes, which includes some of the most significant mansions in Detroit. The neighborhood has had very few trades over the past few years making it one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Detroit.
